Ms. Tayyaba Bint-e-Mehmood is serving as Lecturer in the Department of English. She holds an MS in Applied Linguistics from FAST NUCES, Lahore, where she graduated with a Gold Medal for her academic distinction. Her research focuses on sociolinguistic phenomena, particularly the trends of Urduization, and she has presented her work at several national conferences across Pakistan. With a strong commitment to teaching and learning, she was honored with the Best Teacher Award at UCP, reflecting her dedication to academic excellence and student engagement. Beyond research and teaching, Ms. Mehmood pursues writing as an expressive and cathartic practice, integrating creativity into both her scholarly and pedagogical approach
