Dr. Madiha Masood

I am currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Psychology at the University of Central Punjab, with a PhD in Psychology specializing in Organizational Psychology. With a strong academic background, I was awarded a Gold Medal for securing first position in my BS degree from Government College University, Lahore, along with the Academic Roll of Honour. At UCP, I also serve as the Program Coordinator for the MS Organizational Psychology program, where I oversee curriculum development, academic quality, and student progress. In addition to teaching, I have extensive experience as a trainer, designing and delivering workshops for employees and students to enhance organizational effectiveness, leadership skills, and well-being. I am also the Patron-in-Chief of the Psychology Society, guiding initiatives that promote research, collaboration, and professional growth among students. Beyond academia, I have been honored with the prestigious Fatima Jinnah Gold Medal by the Kashaf Darvash Foundation in recognition of my contributions to women empowerment. My career reflects a blend of teaching excellence, research expertise in Organizational Psychology, training experience, and leadership in advancing psychology both in academic and professional spheres.
