Ms. Saba Fayyaz

Saba Fayyaz completed her MS in Organizational Psychology and BS in Psychology from Govt.College University, Lahore. She is currently serving as a Lecturer of Psychology in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Central Punjab. She has diverse professional experience, particularly in rehabilitation centres, where she has worked extensively in counselling, employee mental well-being initiatives, and supporting HR departments in addressing psychological aspects of workplace functioning. In addition, she has developed strong expertise in teaching and academic training, with experience in delivering lectures and mentoring students in psychology. Her research interests are primarily in the field of Organizational Psychology, with a focus on integrating mental health perspectives into workplace practices and employee well-being.
