Syed Ali Mazahir Hamdani

I am a documentary filmmaker and a lecturer with an academic background in Mass Communication and Film, TV & Digital Media, complemented by a Master’s degree in Documentary Production from University of Salford UK. My professional journey bridges academia and industry, allowing me to bring both theoretical insight and practical expertise into my teaching.

I have diverse experience working as a Social Media Executive and Content Creator within corporate environments, where I developed strategic communication campaigns and digital content. Alongside this, I have directed and produced documentaries for NGOs and corporate organizations across Pakistan and the UK, focusing on impactful storytelling and socially relevant narratives.

My work reflects a strong commitment to creative expression, critical thinking, and the use of media as a tool for education, awareness, and change.
