Amal Shaukat holds M.Sc. (Hons) degree in Food and Nutrition from University of Sargodha. I have 2 years’ teaching experience as a visiting lecturer at university of Sargodha and Sargodha Medical College. I am currently doing Ph.D in Food and Nutrition from University of Sargodha. I have received post graduate and graduate qualifications from University of Sargodha. I have participated and organized many national and international conferences and departmental events. Currently I am serving as Lecturer, Faculty of Life Sciences, Department of Food Science and Technology, University of Central Punjab.
