Ms. Shagufta Shaheen
Lecturer
Shagufta Shaheen holds an M.Phil. in Psychology from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, and an M.Sc. in Psychology from Government College University, Lahore. She is currently serving as Lecturer of Psychology in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (FOHSS) at the University of Central Punjab, Lahore. She teaches in the BS Applied Psychology and MS Organizational Psychology programs and is actively involved in supervising and conducting research with both BS and MS students. She has been part of the organizing teams for major academic events, including the International Conference on Substance Use Disorders (2022) and the Global Conference on Psychopathology & Rehabilitation (2024). Her research has been ppublished and presented at national and international platforms and published in reputed journals, covering themes like work–family balance, psychological well-being, organizational support, and workplace creativity. Her primary research interests include Positive Psychology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Occupational Health Psychology, and Leadership & Organizational change
