A promotion strategy is defined by the plan and tactics you implement in your marketing plan to increase your product or service demand. Promotional strategy plays a vital role in the marketing mix (product, price, placement, and promotion), and they revolve around:
· Target audience. Who you are selling for, and what are their interests;
· Budget. How much you are willing to invest in promotion;
· Plan of action. What strategy you are adopting to reach your objectives and make sales.

Mr Muhammad Javed, with experience of 15 years of Advertisement and Entrepreneurship, highlighted the types of Advertisements and the expertise required for Below the Line (BTL), Above the Line (ATL) and Through the Line (TTL). He mentioned the different functions of an Advertisement Agency, e.g. Creative Advertisement Making; Advertisement Production and Post Production Services; Media Buying; Content Marketing; Website Marketing; Social Media Marketing, etc. He also explained the RAAST and Service Entrepreneurship concept and focused primarily on Agri Entrepreneurship and its propagation.
