UCP Business School is hosting a 2-day workshop titled “Faculty development of a business school”. This workshop has been arranged in collaboration with the NBEAC training and development wing (TDW). Thirty participants attended this workshop from 10 business schools all over Pakistan. The agenda of the workshop is to review the pedagogy, recognize the value of culture and resources to strengthen the portfolio, and impact faculty contributions towards achieving accreditation and growth of the Business School. In addition, NBEAC and AACSB standards are discussed, along with faculty hiring, reward, retention, and development.
