Under the supervision of Dr. Salman Iqbal, students from the BBA and MBA programs at UCP visited Fatima Fertilizer Company Limited in Sheikhupura for a study tour. Senior plant managers conducted detailed briefings on key aspects, including health and safety protocols, recruitment procedures, training systems, and performance appraisal mechanisms. The session was followed by a guided tour of the facility, during which students participated in discussions and asked questions regarding Human Resource Management practices. These questions were addressed by the managerial team, bridging classroom learning with industry insights.
