Learning Innovation Centre, in collaboration with the Admin Department, organized a training session for the food staff, including the cooking, supervising, and serving teams at UCP. The training session included staff members from all UCP cafés, faculty lounges, and the food street. Dr. Kanza Aziz Awan, HoD, Faculty of Sciences and Technology, conducted the training sessions in alignment with the standards and requirements set by the Pakistan Food Authority. This initiative aimed to provide UCP food staff with the knowledge and practices necessary to maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in their daily duties.
