Memorandum of Understanding signed between Extreme Commerce and University of Central Punjab
The University of Central Punjab is glad to share the news of signing an MOU with Extreme Commerce (EC). By virtue of this agreement, our students will have access to an extensive online knowledge base of digital skills required to serve the growing global e-Commerce industry. While we enter the digital age, this pandemic has no doubt accelerated the need to embrace the digital transformation and has become a necessity for global businesses.
We are the first university to join hands with Extreme Commerce formally and our community will be benefiting from their services for the year 2021. As a starting point, EC will provide ‘free’ access of its Video Boot Camp (VBC) to students, which contains detailed video sessions from the relevant industry experts on learning wide range of skills to establish successful online businesses.
What is Extreme Commerce?
It is a skilled-based learning platform, which has been designed to impart knowledge on topics that can enable students to start earning after learning. EC is a leading e-Commerce company with nationwide presence (representative offices + incubators) and a vibrant support group to provide help to its members. With hands on training in using updated e-Commerce tools, you can begin online trading or provide virtual services regardless of your age, academic/experiential background or capital. This is open for all current students regardless of their academic background and years of study within UCP (even 1st semester students will be eligible). You can reach Shumail Khan on shumail.khan@ucp.edu.pk (Ext. 361) for further information as he is the POC and will act as an intermediary Administrator. He will reach out to you during the next few weeks for registration and orientation. Please note that we will deal on case-by-case basis for faculty and staff.
