MoU signing ceremony between UCP and Standard Foods

An MoU signing ceremony was organized on Feb 15, 2022, between the University of Central Punjab and Standard Food and Beverages (SFB). The MoU materialized in direct relevance to UCP’s recent efforts for addressing the challenges faced by the food industry in Pakistan. The state-of-the-art R&D facilities in Food Sciences available on UCP campus will greatly help the food sector of Pakistan as a result of recent collaborations with various industrial partners.

The MoU between UCP and SFB entails the processing of various fruits and vegetables and offering scientific advice to SFB frequently. Moreover, collaborative research projects will be initiated under the ambit of this MoU which will involve the exchange of knowledge resources and students.

The vision of the UCP leadership is active pursuit of such industrial collaborations for transforming the economy of Pakistan.
