Role of Honor – UCP 26th Convocation

Azka Hassan, recipient of Roll of Honour of UCP’s 26th Convocation has completed her BS Microbiology with a CGPA 3.97. She was selected as the Principal Candidate for the prestigious UGRAD Semester Exchange Program in Fall 2022, fully funded by the US Government; as a testament to her exceptional academic record, leadership potential, and commitment to cross-cultural understanding and global citizenship. She remained on the Dean’s Honor List at West Virginia University, United States based on good Academic Standing.

In recognition to her academic excellence and innovation, she was awarded a fully-funded scholarship at the University of Central Punjab. She earned the gold medal for maintaining the highest academic standing in the graduating batch.

As the President of the Society of Life Sciences, Azka’s impact extended beyond the academic realm, as she orchestrated student-led awareness campaigns and events addressing crucial issues such as health and well-being, food safety, antimicrobial resistance, biosafety, and risk management, reaching an audience of over 20,000 students and staff. Beyond her academic and leadership roles, Azka’s commitment to community service, cultural ambassadorship, active participation in extracurricular activities, and international exposure collectively contribute to her well-deserved receipt of the Prestigious Role of Honor Award.
