TiE Global Pitch Competition

UCP with a vision of youth empowerment encourages its students to bring novel and innovative ideas addressing a spectrum of issues in society. To equip the students with the skills and knowledge desired to come up with innovative ideas, an introductory session on the TiE Global Pitch Competition was organized at UCP on Feb 09, 2022, targeting students across all domains. Delegates from TiE were taken online to provide general guidelines about the competition with an emphasis on nurturing the startups.

This program features a global pitch competition that is purely designed for university start-ups and brings together startups, TiE members, external mentors, coaches, and ecosystem partners. Some of the potential benefits that it offers to the participating students are cash prizes worth USD 100,000, global internship opportunities, free workshops and boot camps on building a resume and entrepreneurial skills, and mentorship from business leaders across the globe.
