UCP’s Faculty Member earns Most Informative Participant title in Malaysian Training Workshop

Mr. Nabeel Khalid, Assistant Professor, Faculty of Engineering recently participated in a 5-day training workshop “Enhancing TVET Personnel Professional Skills and Instructional Competencies for Quality Education” held from July 10, 2023 to July 14, 2023. It was conducted under the Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP) and focused on curriculum and assessment design in the context of Industry 4.0 for technical and vocational training institutes.

The online training workshop was supervised and conducted by esteemed instructors from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM). 18 applicants were selected to attend the workshop out of the total 52 applicants and out of two Pakistani participants Mr. Nabeel Khalid was one of them.

Mr. Nabeel Khalid exhibited outstanding dedication and active participation, gaining recognition for his insightful contributions and enthusiasm throughout the comprehensive five-day training. As a testament to his commitment and hard work, he was awarded the prestigious title of “Most Informative Participant” at the conclusion of the workshop.

The successful participation of Mr. Nabeel Khalid in the MTCP training workshop reflects the commitment of University of Central Punjab in promoting professional development opportunities for faculty members, further enhancing the quality of education and research at the university.
