Workshop on Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling

A one-day workshop was organised by the Business School of the University of Central Punjab, to provide a platform for students to acquire knowledge on, Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). PLS-SEM, is a second generation technique for data analysis enabling the postgraduate students. The workshop was led by learned trainers like Dr. Arfan Shahzad (an active researcher and senior lecturer of Management Information and Business in OYA Graduate Business School, University Utara Malaysia) and Dr. Mohsin Altaf (UCP Business School), who explained the step by step process to the participants to ensure better understanding. The trainers have been conducting training on data analysis using Smart-PLS 3.2 and SPSS in Malaysia, Thailand, and Pakistan for postgraduate students. MS and PhD Students along with some faculty members attended the workshop in order to educate themselves about the practical use of Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) in their respective fields.
