Considering the changes taking place globally and as technology is overtaking, various jobs and expertise are becoming redundant. In this scenario, it is imperative to look for the demands of the future world. The need for big data and analytics is already mounting. Skilled and competent professionals in this area will be highly demanded in times to come. This degree will develop the students in the sub-areas, such as business analytics, operations management, financial analytics, and others. The students will be able to get jobs in the corporate sector, public sector and will also be able to have their startup.
Each candidate of BSBA degree is required to complete at least 120 credit hours, with single major however, if any student wants to opt for the second combination of one major and one minor, 132 credit hours need to be completed. with a minimum CGPA of 2.0 on a scale of 4.0. This is a four-year degree program comprising of 8 semesters. There is a Fall and a Spring semester in each year. The summer semester is utilized for deficiency courses and field internship. The maximum duration to complete the BSBA program is 7 years.
