MOTIVATIONAL TALK FOR CAREER COUNSELING:

The motivational talk for career counseling was organized by Mr. Nohaiz Mehmood (FILO & Lecturer), Department of English, Faculty of Languages and Literature. The title of the talk was CSS and Role of the English language. All faculty members of FoLL along with Three hundred students of the Department of English attended the aforementioned motivational talk and interacted with the ASP Hamid Ehsan Warraich, Police Service of Pakistan (50th Common) to understand current market scenarios regarding CSS and how the English language is playing its role in Competitive Examinations and Interviews, the required skills and the criteria for the job. During this talk, students eagerly participated in the discussion session in order to have exposure to the functioning of Pakistani Bureaucracy. The guest speaker explained to students the importance of their particular degree in CSS and also motivated them to utilize their degree knowledge properly after completion. The talk concluded with a Question- Answer session. Many of the students asked interesting questions from the Guest speaker on contemporary issues. In the end, Mr. Nohaiz Mehmood, Faculty Industry Liaison Officer, and Lecturer of English presented a souvenir to Mr. Hamid Ehsan Warraich, Police Service of Pakistan (50th Common).
