Students from various departments of the university participated in the competition and recited their poetry. English Department provided a unique platform for the upcoming aficionado poets of UCP. Students recited their hearts out in their poetic creations.

Students recited their hearts out in their poetic creations. Some of them recited poems on the recent heart wrenching incident of Kasur. Some expressed their views on the emotion of love. The competition was judged by Dean of FASS, Dr. Fehmida Sultana, Dr. Baber Sultan, Prof. Farooq Malik and Prof. Zamir Naqvi. At the end of the event the students were awarded certificates of appreciation.
