MOU between UCP and RCDP

The signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between RCDP and UCP took place on 29^th December, 2017. RCDP Chief Executive Officer Mr. Muhammad Murtaza, Head HR Mr. Rashid Ahmad and HR Officer Ms. Summera represented RCDP, whereas, Prorector UCP, Dr. Muhammad Zafarullah, Dean Business School Dr. Faisal Mustafa, Program Director MBA and EMBA Dr. Salman Iqbal and senior manager career council Ms. Samina Hafeez represented UCP.
Rural Community Development Program (RCDP) is a Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) working for the provision of financial services in the 13 districts of Punjab Pakistan, having its head office in Lahore Pakistan. The objective of RCDP microfinance program is to bring the sustainable improvement into the lives of underprivileged individuals. In addition, the income generation loans by RCDP provide the health and education service to its members through partnership with national and international organizations.
Now by MOU, the RCDP will provide the opportunities for UCP students, through internship to pass out students of MBA, BBA, BSCS. Further RCDP will offer permanent employment after successful completion of internship as per vacant positions or requirement arises in company. RCDP will accommodate the 5-6 student for internship and strength will increase or decrease as per company requirements that will share with UCP through email or letter. Whereas, UCP will provide the list of those pass out student who are willing to work in challenging environment of microfinance sector. Further UCP will issue letter of internship in the name of RCDP Company and RCDP after successful completion of internship will also issue internship certificate. The awareness session will be conducted soon in UCP followed by candidates’ interviews.
