Career Services Office organized a Guest Speaker Session on Performance Management andMotivation with Mr. WasifWaseem Ashraf-CEO 360 Consulting.

A magical and interactive session was conducted which fostered students’ determination level regarding their educational and career concerns. He endorsed how performance management leaves a lifelong impact on our personality as an individual. He also emphasized how motivation is responsible for our actions and how it drives us to be persistent in achieving our goals.Students participated very enthusiastically in the constructive discussion which helped them to grasp this comprehensible session about motivation and performance management. Later students paid regards to Mr. Wasif for such effective spell.
