The Ulrich HR Club with Ms. Shabana Naveed arranged a webinar on “Development of next generation leaders through strategic HR Metrics”. The resource person Mr. Zahid Munbarak ( CEO, HR metrics; SHRM; SCP; GPHR;SPHRI) being the expert in the subject, delivered inspiring session. He explained critical strategic HR metrics that can enable the HR to effectively play its strategic role as business partner. In the contemporary business challenges, these metrics are becoming critical tools to respond to emerging organizational change imperatives.
UCP Business School participated in the webinar with 50 students and faculty members. Ulrich HR Club introduced UCP Business School to HR Metrics and the other participants in the webinar from the corporate sector. The students from UCP, took great interest and actively participated in the discussion.
In future, HR Metrics and Ulrich HR Club will collaborate with each other to arranger further seminars and skill building workshops to enhance HR skills of the students of UCP Business School.
