university of Central Punjab in collaboration with Change Mechanics and Goal Trainings organized a daylong conference themed on Women Entrepreneurship. The motivation of the conference was to bring together a veritable who’s who from the world of entrepreneurship, not only to celebrate our iconic women entrepreneurs but also hold in-depth discussions with ecosystem builders, incubators, accelerators, Government bodies and fresh startups on the challenges, opportunities and way forward to build a stable, scalable and sustainable ecosystem that helps women led businesses succeed in our particular environment.

The Conference included:
Keynote speeches from Dr. Amjad Saqib, (Founder, Akhuwat), Shahnaz Kapadia Rahat, (Founder, MeraMaan) and Qaisar Nadeem (CoP – USAID PYWD). Panel Discussions on the topics “Inclusion: Privilege, Right or Necessity?” and “Investment and Funding Opportunities.” Talk on “Culture of Innovation” by Madiha Pervez (Head, UCP Incubation Center) & Individual Speeches by the Wonder Women Shameelah Ismail (Ghar Par), Amna Niazi, (Siddy Says), Shahida Somro and Shanze Sumreen. The Conference Culminated with Souvenirs distribution among guests and organizers.
