Workshop on “Strategies to improve behavior and social skills among children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Psychology Society of UCP organized a seminar on “Strategies to improve behavior and social skills among children with Autism Spectrum Disorder” in the auditorium of UCP, from 02:30 pm to 04:00 pm. The purpose of the seminar was to teach the skills to increase the attention span and learning capabilities of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.”

The guest speaker was Dr.MaryemHaidar (Educational Psychologist). She has an extensive experience of working with children and adults. She presented a very informative lecture on the topic. She engaged MS students in an activity which made the topic more understandable to the audience.Dr. Shazia Hassan (Head of Psychology Department, UCP) was also invited to the seminar. At the end of the seminar, Dr. Fehmida Sultana (Dean of FASS, UCP) presented the souvenir to the guest speaker

A lot of students attended the seminar and learned a lot from the informative lecture that was delivered there by the guest speaker. The activity that was conducted with MS students provided a clearer picture.
