This course discusses team building through collaboration, and sustain team performance through continuous learning and improvement. It is also helps to prepare students to succeed as a leader, manager or member of teams.  The objectives of this course are following.

  1. It will create opportunities for students to lead and manage dynamic teams, design and implement effective team processes.
  2. It will also introduce to the critical theories, concepts and frameworks that are used by successful managers to identify team performance.

The learning objectives for the course is to study and discussion of case studies, critically evaluate the current and realities of team management in the organization.
