Objectives of the Program

The program of study will provide student with the core knowledge, skills, abilities and values that are necessary to;

provide high quality and cost effective pharmaceutical care to patients.

Manage and utilize the resources of the health care system.

Produce high quality and cost effective pharmaceuticals to cater the need of the community.

Promote health improvement, wellness and disease prevention.

Library for Students

University of Central Punjab has a fully equipped library to serve the study and research needs of UCP students. The library has more than 30,000 books, 45 magazines and over 2,000 CDs. It has newspapers, company and internship reports and projects by students. In addition, the Higher Education Commission has given our campus access to 11,000 online, full-text journals, international databases, and other material published online. These invaluable research materials may be accessed by all of our students, even from their home computers. With plenty of study space, thousands of volumes and online access to journals and databases, you get the world at your fingertips.

Admission Procedure

Admission is granted strictly on merit, which is determined on the basis of F.Sc. pre-medical or equivalent examination result and is strictly in accordance with the SROs of Pharmacy Council of Pakistan, a statutory body constituted under The Pharmacy Act, to regulate pharmacy education in Pakistan.
Note: The merit and waiting lists are posted on the university’s website and on the notice board of the faculty. Admission letters to the successful candidates are issued and the fees has to be paid within the stipulated time given by the university after the issuance of the letters.
