M.Phil. Pharmacy (Pharmacology)

The MPhil Pharmacology is a postgraduate research-based degree aimed at deepening knowledge of drug action, therapeutic mechanisms, and safety profiles. The program equips graduates for careers in academia, clinical research, pharmaceutical industry, and regulatory bodies.

  • Duration: 2 years (4 semesters)
  • Objective: To produce highly skilled pharmacologists with expertise in experimental pharmacology, clinical pharmacology, and drug development.
  • Degree Level: Postgraduate (Research-Based Master’s Degree)

The MPhil Pharmacology curriculum emphasizes both theoretical and practical aspects of pharmacology, including experimental techniques, data interpretation, and scientific writing. Students undergo intensive training in laboratory methods and research project execution.

Each candidate of the M.Phil. program is required to complete 30 Cr. Hrs. as per the following detail:
