Dr. Sanabil holds Ph.D. degree in Food Science from Jilin Agricultural University, China. I am working in the domain of Food Science with special reference to Cereal Technology. I have participated in many national and international conferences/workshops and paid sincere contribution towards the research. Till date, I have 15 research publications in well-reputed journals with impact factor around 40. Currently I am serving as Assistant Professor, Faculty of life sciences, Department of Food science and Technology.
