Engr. Taimur Iqbal Qureshi

Engr. Taimur Iqbal Qureshi is a Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering. He has done his MSc in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in the field of Structures and Design. He has a working experience of 18 years with aircraft designing and manufacturing industry in Pakistan and has been trained by leading aviation concern of China and UK. He has valuable contributions in establishing and functionalizing facilities for aircraft components and structure designing and manufacturing. He has appreciable contribution in attaining ISO certifications for the aviation industry. Engr. Taimur Iqbal Qureshi has in addition teaching experience of 19 years with a reputed educational institute of Pakistan, NUST and UCP. He was the member of team 1^st time attaining ISO certification in Pakistan by any educational institute. Apart from teaching core engineering subjects, he has supervised more than seventy innovative and researched base undergraduate final year projects in the field of mechanical engineering. He joined UCP in July 2013 and has been engaged in teaching core mechanical engineering subjects and implementing internationally accorded pre-requisite condition of Outcome Based Education for engineers
