Miss Faiza is a dedicated linguist and educator currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Linguistics at the University of Central Punjab. Her research focuses on the morphology of Urdu, with a recent published article titled “The Structure of Inflected Urdu Nominals: Insights from Distributed Morphology” in a prestigious W-category journal Cogent Arts & Humanities.
She holds an M.Phil. in Applied Linguistics, a Master’s in English Literature, and a Master’s in Education, reflecting a strong interdisciplinary foundation. Serving as a lecturer at ELC (UCP), she teaches Functional English, Communication Skills, and Technical Writing, promoting critical thinking and effective communication through innovative teaching strategies.
Ms. Faiza has held various academic and administrative roles, including Academic Coordinator and Principal, where she led curriculum development, teacher training, and institutional management. Her research interests span morphology, sociolinguistics, psycholinguistics, and critical discourse analysis. She has presented at numerous national and international conferences and has published in reputed journals.
She is also an active peer reviewer for international journals and continues to contribute to the academic community through research, mentorship, and professional development initiatives.
