Ms. Itrat Fatima holds an M.Sc. (Hons.) degree in Food Science& Technology from the University of Sargodha. She has expertise in fruit and vegetable processing and preservation. She has worked in many renowned food processing industries like Lays and Fruitien. She had been voluntarily a part of many product development projects to run a small business for woman empowerment by different local organizations. She has over 3 years’ experience in academics and research. She has publications in National and International journals. She has published research articles in national and international journals and books. She has been an organizer of numerous national and international conferences, workshops, and seminars.
