Waseem Akram received his MSCS degree in computer science from The Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Pakistan, in the year 2020. Presently, he holds the position of Senior Lecturer at the University of Central Punjab in Lahore. Over the course of his career, he has dedicated more than five years to teaching, serving as a Lecturer at both COMSATS University Islamabad and Lahore Garrison University in Pakistan. He brings to his academic and professional roles a distinguished track record of higher education, industry collaboration, and administrative proficiency. He has contributed significantly to the academic community by publishing numerous articles in esteemed SCI-SCIE journals, many of which boast commendable impact factors. His current research pursuits are centered around the domains of information security, network security, healthcare authentication, and the development of authenticated key agreement protocols employing lightweight cryptography.
