Course Description

This course would be focused on theoretical foundations of CBT and therapeutic skills by using different methods of CBT to deal with adult Psychopathologies.

Course Content

This course will contain of assessing the suitability of cognitive-behavioral interventions for adult patients with different Psychiatric disorders. Detailed knowledge about different techniques of CBT will be provided. It will also
contribute towards learning some of the limitation of CBT while working with different cases.
