Assistant Professor


Dr. Muhammad Azam is an Assistant Prof. in the department of Physics, Faculty of Science and Technology UCP. He has been Postdoctoral research Member in the College of Physics and Opto-electronic Engineering, Shenzhen University, China (2019-2021). He received his PhD degree from the Institute of Semiconductor, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China, in 2019. His research area consists of sol–gel fabrication of nanomatrials and application in perovskite, organic and inorganic Sb based solar cells. He has published more the 25 research papers in well reputed journals with cumulative impact factor of above 220. He has 3 years post-PhD research and teaching experience.
