JALIL ASGHAR MIRZA received a diploma of associate engineering in electronics from Government College of Technology, Lahore, a B.Sc. and M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from UET, Lahore. He is currently working toward a Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering at UCP. During the course of his professional career, he has worked with several government and multinational organizations involved with remote sensing, satellite communications, internetworking, education and cellular radio.
