Mr. Muhammad Rizwan holds an M.Sc. (Hons.) degree in Food Technology from the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad. He has also submitted his Ph.D. Food Technology final dissertation in the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad. He has won Silver Medal in M.Sc. (Hons.). During his M.Sc. (Hons.) and Ph.D., he has been awarded University Merit Scholarship and HEC Indigenous fellowship. He has over 2 years’ experience in academics and research. He has published research articles & book chapters in national and international journals and books. His research domain is human nutrition with a special focus on functional & nutraceutical foods, extraction of bioactive and their therapeutic perspectives. He has been an organizer of numerous national and international conferences, workshops, and seminars. Mr. Rizwan is also a member of the Pakistan Society of Food Scientists and Technologists.
