In October, 2020 Ms. Naeema Sarfraz University of Central Punjab as a senior lecturer. She has served as a lecturer at various prestigious institutions like GC University, Nur International University and Beaconhouse National University. Her area of focus has been child and developmental Psychology and she has been supervising clinical work of postgraduate students. She has been teaching Therapeutic Approaches for children and Adults, Psychological Assessment and Psychopathologies. She has publications in both national and international journals.
