Saima Naeem

Saima Naeem is a highly motivated English language and literature lecturer with more than seven years of experience, teaching at the various levels. She received her M.Phil. degree from Kinnaird College for Women University Lahore. She is a member of assessment and mentoring team of her department. Committed to providing learners necessary skills to achieve academic and career goals, instilling love of learning and cooperative teamwork, she is adept in employing differentiated teaching methods and incorporating audio and visual activities to cater all learning styles. She has attended a number of seminars, webinars and conferences. Her research interests include Formative Assessment, Learner Autonomy, Reflective Teaching and Post-Colonial Novel.
