Mr. Qureshi is waiting for the Viva Voce exam for his Ph.D. (Law) at Universiti Utara Malaysia because he has submitted his dissertation for evaluation. Mr. Qureshi’s academic journey started when he was appointed as a Lecturer/Program Coordinator in the Department of Law, FUUAST, Islamabad where he has served for over four years and more than 20 LL.M. students were supervised and examined by him. He has also served as an acting in-charge of the Department of Law of FUUAST for more than a year, and during that duration, he remained an active member of various committees of FUUAST, Islamabad, including Disciplinary Committee, Medical Committee Harassment Committee, etc. Besides, that he has conducted various official inquiries and investigations in the years 2018 and 2019 at FUUAST, Islamabad which represents his determination to contribute in workplace environments. To gain practical experience as an advocate, he was practicing at District Courts and Islamabad High Court which made me gain apt exposure to deal with Civil, Family, and Services Matters. Mr. Qureshi is passionate about clinical legal education and served as pioneer Chairman of the FUUAST Law Moot Society. Under his coaching, the Law Moot Team of FUUAST participated in several national-level law moot competitions held in Islamabad and Lahore and won the Best Researcher and the Best Memorial awards. He believes that a journey of hard work must be preferred over the destination of success and incorporated the same spirit into his team which made them touch the cornerstone of success with a high level of determination. Further, he likes to explore my areas of interest through research and has more than 15 publications in well-reputed journals indexed in Scopus and HEC recognized, and papers presented in conference proceedings on Family Dispute Resolution, ADR, Family Law, Constitutional Law, Islamic Law, Comparative Analysis, Online Technology for e-courts and other domestic legal issues. Currently, he is serving at the University of Central Punjab, Lahore as an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Law. My overall academic and research experience has prepared me well to venture on a new journey of learning and exposure. Therefore, he is excited and motivated to be a part of your organization and explore new vistas of learning.
