Muhammad Sheharyar is a professional food technologist with sound industrial and academic knowledge. He has done his M.Phil Food Science and technology from UET, Lahore and B.Sc(hons) degree in Food Science and Technology from University of the Punjab. He has approximately 4 years of working experience including working in Punjab Food Authority for implementation of Government laws and reputed industries including Innovative Biscuits and Chamman Foods. He also has part time teaching experience of more than 7 years in a reputed private institute. During his research in M.Phil, he has gained expertise in development of functional food with extensive shelf life. Additionally, he has expertise in other fields such as Food Processing, Food Quality, Audits, Certifications and Food Analysis. He has attended numbers of trainings, seminars, and workshops related to Food Safety, Industrial Halal Certifications and Food Safety and quality management.
