Ms KOMAL AZAM is a professional Food Technologist with strong Academics as well as Industrial knowledge. She has done her MSc (Hons) Food Science & Technology from Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan with exceptional marks and she received merit based scholarship during this period and done BSc (Hons) Agriculture with Major Food Science & Technology from University of the Punjab Lahore. At present, she is a Ph.D scholar at University of Lahore wherein her course work has been completed with excellence and research work is at final stage. She has almost 2 years teaching experience at BZU Multan and at University of Home Economics Lahore. She has expertise in Food Toxicology, Food Quality, Food laws, Food processing and preservation etc. Quality Assurance Officer at Nestle Pakistan also reflects her expertise in Food Quality. She also has vast experience in Food and Nutrition and preparation of diet charts. During her educational career, she participated in more than 30 different food conferences, seminars and workshops where she proactively played role as organizer in holding these activities. She remained General Secretary of Community of Food Scientists and Nutritionists (COFSAN). She is also a member of Pakistan Society of Food Scientists & Technologists (PSFST).She worked excellently and published research work in well reputed international journal.
